"Artistic Cleaners did a fabulous job on our 2 area rugs. They seem to look better now than when they were new -- hard to believe since one is 35 years old -- and survived 6 dogs. The colors are so bright and the nap feels ultra-plush when walking on barefooted. Even the fringe looks great. Great personnel too -- from the staff in the office to arrange things and the men who deliver and place the rug back in your home. "After moving into a new home that had quality carpeting in the basement but was covered in old animal stains, I wasn't sure what to do. I knew replacing the carpet would be thousands of dollars and hoped there was another solution. When reading the reviews online for various local companies, I decided to give Artistic Cleaners a call. They were able to have a technician come out within the hour to do an estimate for me! I still had some worries about the stains not being lifted from my carpet due to the amount of them and how old the stains were. The technician, Alex, was so friendly (especially around my dogs!), professional, and paid attention to detail. He worked quickly and was able to restore my carpet. Of over 20 stains, there are only about 3 spots remaining that look MUCH better but can be faintly seen so they are having me communicate with the technician again to give me some advice on how to treat the spots a few more times to get rid of any last coloring. Not to mention, my basement smells SO much better (thankfully!). Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very understanding, honest with me, and SO friendly. This is a high-quality company and I will certainly have them back if my carpets need cleaning again in years to come. Thank you!"

I believe the gentleman who helped me was Joshua and he was extremely professional, charismatic, kind, and straightforward with me. I was having issues removing salt out of the carpet. He even came back a second time at no cost to remove the salt residue that was leftover from the first time. Salt is challenging to get out of carpet, that's why I had professionals do it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any type of cleaning done. I was very pleased w/the carpet cleaning. also, I was glad to know the tips about extra rinsing w/vinegar water if/when I use my home Bissell carpet cleaner, since 2 days after I had the cleaning done, my son spilled strawberry milk on the carpet in his room, then the next day, my dog had diarrhea in my other son’s room at 3 am!!! thankfully, my son was good enough to try to clean it up the best he knew how. however, he used a lot of pet stain remover spray on the stain. I got my Bissell out & was able to get both stains out. the best part was that I knew to use the vinegar water to get more of the soap out from the spray-on stain remover. so, I’d have to say that I was very pleased w/the whole experience, but how ironic…as my dog has never had an accident like that before, & to have it happen right after I had the carpets cleaned. thank you."
