During your estimate, the technician will ask you a few questions and measure the areas you would like to have cleaned. Be sure to let them know of any areas that you are especially concerned with and if possible, what the cause of the concern is.

Before cleaning, it is not necessary for you to move any furniture. Our technicians will do that part for you. We do ask, however, that any fragile items be removed and placed in a safe spot.

If the company uses a truck-mounted cleaning system (like we do!), the technician will need to park as close to a door or a garage opening, so having a parking spot that meets that criteria available is important.

Vacuum the area to be cleaned.

If you are getting a high-traffic area cleaned and walking over the carpet cannot be avoided, be prepared with some towels to place down until the carpet can dry entirely.

If you have pets, please make sure they are in a secure location, as the technicians will likely need to be moving in and out of your home. Not to mention, the equipment can be quite loud and sometimes this can scare our furry friends.
